About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and networking. 2. Create and post job advertisements to reach a diverse pool of candidates. 3. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. 4. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. 5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. 6. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure clear communication with hiring teams. 7. Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process. 8. Promote employer branding and enhance the overall candidate experience. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract the best talent.
