About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions. Help maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules). Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, such as team events, workshops, and wellness programs. Aid in organizing and conducting training sessions and development programs. Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and special projects. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Support HR with performance management and feedback processes. Assist in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
