Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews. 2. Maintain and update employee records digitally. 3. Assist with onboarding, including creating materials and orientations. 4. Plan and execute virtual employee engagement activities. 5. Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and documents. 6. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives remotely. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
