Assisting in recruitment processes by screening resumes and conducting initial interviews 2. Conducting market research to identify trends and best practices in HR 3. Assisting in organizational development initiatives 4. Supporting the HR team in employee performance evaluations and feedback 5. Collaborating with managers to identify training and development needs 6. Assisting in creating and updating HR policies and procedures 7.
