About the internship Responsibilities: Intern Recruitment & Onboarding Source, recruit, and onboard HR and Sales interns, guiding them through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start. Responsible for hiring a potential team of HR and Sales & Marketing interns for the company by sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and selecting interns who align with the company's goals and values. Mentorship & Support Offer continuous mentorship, addressing queries and motivating interns to meet their goals. Performance Monitoring Track intern performance against targets and provide feedback to drive improvements. Training & Development Organize and lead training sessions to support intern skill growth. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work with the HR team to refine processes and enhance intern experiences. Daily Team Meetings Conduct daily meetings with interns to discuss their needs and build a strong team spirit. Reporting & Accountability Report daily activities and attendance to the manager, and join all company and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals. Data & Attendance Management Maintain comprehensive records, tracking intern data from recruitment to exit, and ensure accurate attendance records. Team Engagement & Event Planning Conduct events like Fun Fridays and plan virtual gaming activities for festivals to keep the team engaged and motivated.
