About the internship As an HR intern at Adcount Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in recruitment, industry analysis, HR branding, and HR project management. Your role will be essential in supporting our HR team in various tasks and projects. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads on different platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. 2. Utilize MS-Office to create and update talent records, reports, and other relevant HR documents. 3. Enhance our HR branding by developing content for social media and recruitment marketing campaigns. 4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR policies and procedures. 5. Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials. 6. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks such as conducting/organizing HR initiatives, surveys, and events. 7. Support in employee onboarding and orientation processes. 8. Assist in HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
