About the internship We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern who can work with HR manager to assist in streamlining our recruitment and HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in human resources while working closely with the company's founder. Key Responsibilities: -Profile Shortlisting: Source and review candidate profiles from various platforms based on job requirements. Shortlist potential candidates for further screening. -Initial Round of Screening: Conduct the first round of telephonic or video interviews. Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role. -Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and the founder. Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules. -Offer Letter Preparation: Draft and issue offer letters to selected candidates. Maintain accurate records of offer communications. -Attendance Management: Maintain daily attendance records of employees. Report inconsistencies or anomalies to the HR team or founder. Requirements: Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
