Assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 2. Support HR team in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. 3. Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities. 4. Assist in performance management processes and conducting employee evaluations. 5. Support in HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. 6. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. 7. Provide general HR support to employees and managers on various HR-related issues.
