About the internship As a Human Resources intern at Radar Soft Technologies, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of HR while working with a dynamic and passionate team. Your knowledge of HRIS, English proficiency (spoken and written), MS-Excel, and MS-Office will be put to use as you support various HR functions and initiatives within the company. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment screenings. 2. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 3. Help maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS system. 4. Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress. 5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management reviews and employee engagement surveys. 6. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, organizing files, and handling general inquiries. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function within the organization.
