About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruitment support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates 2. Onboarding & documentation: Support in the onboarding process, including preparing joining kits, conducting induction sessions, and managing employee documentation. 3. Employee engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and events to promote a positive work environment 4. HR administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures 5. General HR support: Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects, as needed Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 6th Dec'24 and 10th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests MOTM Technologies is a sales & marketing partner for engineering industries, serving more than 140 unique clients from various engineering verticals.
