Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. 5. Support in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. 6. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. 7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR processes and practices.
