About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Boyd Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR management while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating with employees and assisting with administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word is also required for this role. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. 3. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. 4. Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries. 5. Collaborate with HR team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures. 6. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-Word to present data and analysis to HR leadership. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
