About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. 2. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees. 3. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support employee engagement and retention. 4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 5. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
