About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working with the KAM: Communicating with the key account manager to understand recruitment needs 2. Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to select suitable candidates 3. Providing status updates: Regularly informing the KAM about recruitment progress and adjusting plans as needed 4. Reporting: Maintaining detailed records and providing updates on candidate statuses 5. Reaching out to candidates: Contacting 110 candidates each day for interviews, follow-ups, or status updates Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
