About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Understanding the current process of the HR in the organization. 2. Preparing a presentation on the current process and the issues identified 3. Come up with any suggestion for the improvement of the current process. 4. Deal with cross-functional departments for understanding the gaps in the processes.
