About the internship Position : Talent Acquisition Intern Roles and responsibilities: Candidate sourcing: Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,Naukri and other job boards) to identify and attract potential candidates for open positions. Resume screening: Review applications, identify key qualifications, and shortlist potential candidates for initial phone screenings. Interview coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and communicating with candidates throughout the interview process. Candidate engagement: Build relationships with potential candidates by keeping them informed about the hiring process and maintaining positive communication. Job postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and company platforms. Talent pipeline building: Assist in developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs. Market research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in talent acquisition to suggest improvements in recruiting practices.
