About the internship Kindly share your resume on shreya@psy9.in with the following "HR Internship - PSY9" Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: -Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the in-house team and for clients. -Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and feedback loops. -Support the recruitment team with database management and job posting on various platforms. Onboarding: -Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and ensuring a seamless first-day experience. -Ensure new hires are introduced to the company culture and policies. -Exit Formalities: -Support the HR team in managing exit interviews, ensuring the completion of exit formalities, and gathering feedback from departing employees. -Assist in preparing the full and final settlement documentation. -Documentation & Compliance: -Help maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, onboarding documents, etc.). -Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications: -Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
