Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support and be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Ensure that new joiners are properly onboarded, which involves introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures.
3. Create training plans and coordinate to execute training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Handle employee grievances and concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
5. Contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and legal requirements.
6. Foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement by organizing events and initiatives to promote employee morale.
7. Prepare HR reports on data, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction.
8. Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology tools to streamline processes and enhance data management.
