About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruiting excellent staff consistently 2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process 3. Training, counseling, and coaching our staff 4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation 5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties 6. Conducting performance and wage reviews 7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness 8. Creating clear and concise reports 9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations 10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance 11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures 12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy 13. Handling operations/work of the company's ongoing projects Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 17th Dec'24 and 21st Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 1 month 4. are from or open to relocate to Bhopal 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
