About the internship As an HR intern at Webdos Technologies, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of human resources. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in both spoken and written English, familiar with HRIS and CRM systems, and has strong skills in MS Office, Word, and Excel. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork. 2. Provide support with employee relations, including addressing any concerns or issues that arise in the workplace. 3. Help to maintain and update HRIS system with employee information and records. 4. Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating and scheduling training sessions. 5. Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing reports. 6. Assist with performance evaluation process, including tracking employee performance and feedback. 7. Help with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.
