As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Specialist Intern to support our HR functions and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment. Position Overview: The HR Specialist Intern will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role offers a comprehensive experience in human resources and is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in HR leadership. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening resumes. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating initial training. Employee Relations: Provide support in managing employee relations and addressing workplace issues. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Help organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and assisting in the preparation of performance improvement plans. Help collect and analyze feedback from employees and managers to support continuous improvement. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases. Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for analysis and decision-making. Help with administrative tasks such as updating employee handbooks and maintaining HR documentation. Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs and supporting the development of training programs. Help coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Support the evaluation of training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants. Compliance & Policy Management: Support compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Help with audits and ensure adherence to HR best practices. Organizational Development: Assist in initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Support change management efforts and organizational restructuring as needed. Additional Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall HR function and organizational goals. Eligibility Criteria: Availability for a full-time, in-office or Hybrid internship. Commitment to a duration of 3 months. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software and systems preferred.
