Human Resource - Internship

Job description (This is a full-time Paid- internship. We'd prefer it if you didn't apply if you're still in college or pursuing academics) Hi! We are Wirality, a new media marketing agency that truly believes in the power of Data & Creative when merged. We use Art X Math to drive business results for some of the leading global brands. We as an organization have a very diverse work culture and creativity sits at the heart of it all. We want people who can do what the JD requires of them and do it wholeheartedly every day. We are looking for an HR Intern who can work with the admin team to support recruitment needs, office management, and people/culture projects. Roles And Responsibilities • Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, posting and updating jobs, initiating onboarding activities • Screen, Review and Analyze resumes • Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally • Interview potential candidates by getting preliminary information from candidates • Handling end-to-end recruitment • Assist with device management • Assist with the documentation process • Assist with the Payroll and Attendance management Requirements Who We Are Looking For: • Extremely detail-oriented and organized • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Effective negotiating skills • Familiarity with online job-hunting websites • Possess an understanding of agency processes, departments, and flow of jobs • Possess working knowledge of recruitment and staffing • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field • A passion for company culture and interest in benefits, wellness, and events We are ideally looking for someone with an attitude and desire to learn, grow and be a part of an exciting ever-evolving company.
