Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. 3. Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. 4. Assist in organizing recruitment events and participating in campus recruitment activities. 5. Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies and processes. 6. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. 7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
