About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Identify potential candidates and create shortlists for internship programs. 2. Conduct preliminary discussions with applicants to assess their fit and interest in internship opportunities. 3. Handle all candidate correspondence, including offer and rejection notices, with professionalism and timeliness. 4. Ensure the attainment of monthly hiring goals. 5. Any other responsibilities as delegated by HR team.
