Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles. Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. Documentation: Maintain and update candidate databases. Manage and file offer letters, appointment letters, and other recruitment documentation. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Build strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.
