Source potential candidates through online channels such as social media and job boards. 2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions. 4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads. 6. Help maintain the applicant tracking system and recruitment database. 7.
