About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. 2. Use creative sourcing methods to find top talent. 3. Build connections with universities and industry networks to support recruitment. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. 5. Assist in managing the recruitment process from job postings to offers. 6. Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records. 7. Support employee engagement activities and events. Skills Required: 1. Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business, or related fields. 2. Interest in recruitment, especially for Non-IT roles. 3. Excitement for working in a fast-paced startup environment. 4. Strong organizational and communication skills. 5. Positive attitude and willingness to meet goals.
