About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conceptualize and develop MIS on key parameters including business, position status, and TAT 2. Ensure 0% error rate in calculations 3. Liaise with various teams to gather the required information 4. Publish MIS to track positions 5. Update Standard Operating Procedures as per the current process 6. Close pre-hiring documentation for tentative joiners in the pipeline 7. Source candidates for various positions 8. Coordinate interviews 9.
