Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and reviewing resumes. • Supporting HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing reports. • Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation programs. • Participating in employee engagement initiatives and activities. • Assisting with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions. • Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed. • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
