As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for the role: • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update the candidate database. • Help in the preparation of job descriptions and job postings. • Support the recruitment team in managing job openings and interview processes. • Assist in onboarding new hires and other HR activities as required. Requirements • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
