Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify potential candidates. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports. Conducted initial candidate assessments and coordinated interview rounds. Handle candidate communications and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes Proficiency in MS Office and job portals Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
