Job description HR Intern Role HR Intern for Talent Acquisition- University relations and campus hiring Locations- NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune Duration- 6 Months Reporting to- Ops Manager Talent Acquisition and Client Relations Lead Responsibilities: • Establish co-ordinates for different colleges and universities to build connections. • Build Relationship with TPOs and Department Head’s. • Secure opportunities to host campus hiring events. • Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance campus presence. · Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring progress. Requirements: • Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work remote be diligent and self-disciplined. • This job requires you to meet college TPO’s in person and organize Campus / Job drives. • Manage to set up Job stations in colleges after successful meeting with the respective college TPO’s Benefits: • • Gain practical experience in university relations and Talent Acquisition while contributing to a vibrant and growing team
