The company manages Microfinance Loans of KMBL and has branches across 11 states including Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, and others. Role Description This is a full-time on-site HR Intern (Unpaid Internship) role located in Udaipur. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits • Understanding of Personnel Management • Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills • Ability to work well in a team and eager to learn • Enrollment in or completion of a related degree program in HR or a related field Internship Type: Unpaid Internship Period: 60 to 90 days
