Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Help maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy. Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports. Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related tasks. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities. Basic understanding of HR functions and processes (preferred).
