Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews. 2. Conducting orientation sessions for new employees and assisting with onboarding processes. 3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. 4. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations. 5. Supporting employee relations initiatives and addressing employee queries or concerns. 6. Assisting with HR analytics and reporting, including generating reports using MS-Excel. 7. Collaborating with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy.
