About the internship We are looking for an experienced HR consultant to recruit top-tier sales and tech talent from the UAE and India. You will handle sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles while earning commissions based on the sales performance of the recruits you hire. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in sales and tech, and who thrives on performance-based incentives. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and tech roles, from sourcing to offer letter issuance 2. Talent strategy: Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates, staying informed on market trends in UAE and India 3.
