About the internship This is a full-time role based at NCR. You will be responsible for 'talent hunt & acquisition' through enrolments and team management, analytical skills, communication, training, and positioning the TE&R program as a consistently recommended service. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Contributing to the development and implementation of the 'talent encouragement & recruitment' program (TE&R) 2. Utilizing HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions 3. Managing and organizing each batch to ensure accurate employee participation and performance information 4. Communicating and collaborating with the dean, academic director, and placement directors to actively and effectively pitch compelling aspects of the TE&R program 5. Engaging with universities, colleges, and institutes to align the TE&R program with their academic curriculum 6. Developing financial literacy curriculum improvements for aspiring batches 7. Supporting training and development initiatives for the program, performing consistent performance assessments, and managing current batches as well as final hires with TE&R practices Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 28th Nov'24 and 2nd Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities 5. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
