As an HR consultant intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable insights into the world of talent management and employee relations. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings 2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination 3. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 4. Contributing to employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs 5. Assisting with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees 6. Supporting the HR team in conducting training and development programs for employees 7.
