About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Updating employee records and maintaining accurate data in the HR system. 2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for further review. 3. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with interview panels. 4. Assisting in payroll processing by preparing relevant documentation. 5. Supporting recruiting efforts by posting job openings and managing applications. 6. Assisting in employee development initiatives, including training and orientation programs. 7. Supporting HR policies and procedures by ensuring compliance and helping with documentation.
