Support employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 3. Aid in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 4. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees. 5. Support HR team in conducting training and development programs for employees. 6. Assist in handling employee relations issues and providing guidance on conflict resolution. 7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to help drive organizational growth and development.
