About the internship As a HR - Recruiter intern at our Native Engineering company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of talent acquisition. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as assisting with various HR tasks. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements 2. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with candidates and facilitate the interview process 3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications 4. Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in MS-Office applications 5. Assist with onboarding processes and orientation for new hires 6. Develop and update job descriptions and postings to attract top talent 7.
