About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. 2. Help with menu planning and development. 3. Participate in inventory management and order supplies. 4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. 5. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. 6. Learn and apply health and safety regulations in the kitchen. 7. Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.
