About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research & identify potential hosts: Research individuals, small businesses, and organizations offering unique activities, tours, or workshops. 2. Build and maintain a database of potential hosts in various categories (e.g., adventure activities, cultural workshops, local tours). 3. Outreach & engagement: Reach out to potential hosts via emails, calls, and social media to introduce Yoliday and explain the value of hosting experiences on the platform. 4. Conduct initial pitches to spark interest and answer preliminary questions. 5. Host Onboarding Support Guide hosts through the onboarding process, from profile creation to experience listing. 6. Provide feedback and support to help hosts design high-quality, appealing experiences. 7. Collaborate with the Marketing Team. Support the creation of marketing materials (emails, guides, FAQs) to engage and educate hosts. 8/ Assist in organizing online webinars or workshops to attract and onboard multiple hosts. 9. Market Research: Analyze competitor platforms to identify host acquisition strategies and opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, host expectations, and platform improvements. 10. Track & Report Progress Maintain clear documentation of outreach efforts, responses, and conversion rates.Provide regular progress reports and suggest optimizations for the host acquisition process.
