Job description PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed youth. Role- Hiriing Intern Location- Remote Start date- Immediate Duration- 3 months Key responsibilities: • Identify, connect with, and onboard gig workers through multiple channels (online and offline). • Develop and implement strategies to acquire gig workers, including targeted outreach, community engagement, and collaborations. • Organize events, workshops, or webinars to attract and engage potential gig workers. • Assist in creating onboarding materials, presentations, and training sessions for new recruits. • Build strong relationships with gig workers to foster long-term engagement. • Monitor and report on acquisition metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall goals. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of the gig economy or experience in customer acquisition is a plus. • Familiarity with social media platforms and outreach tools. Stipend- Fixed INR 5,000 per month + Variable upto INR 5000 per month Interview Process- 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview
