About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle teamwork: Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. 2. Pay attention to detail: Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. 3. Work on the ownership of the customer journey with quick and accurate resolution.
