Key Responsibilities: - Design Creation: Develop and design compelling graphics for various mediums including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and marketing collateral. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms. - Concept Development: Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and conceptualize design ideas. - Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback and revisions into design projects based on client or team input to achieve the desired outcome. - Visual Storytelling: Create designs that effectively communicate complex ideas and messages through visual storytelling. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other designers, marketing professionals, and content creators to produce cohesive and effective design solutions. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools. - Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative design solutions. - Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts.
