About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, sound synchronization, color correction, and adherence to brand guidelines. 2. Reels & Short-form Content Creation: Design and create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) optimized for various platforms, ensuring they capture attention within the first few seconds. 3. Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute video content ideas tailored to our audience. 4. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, challenges, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging. 5. Audio & Visual Design: Select and edit background music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance video engagement. 6. Quality Control: Ensure all videos are edited to a high standard, meeting brand guidelines, platform specifications, and content objectives. 7. File Management: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and edited files for easy retrieval and reference. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of previous work (social media videos, YouTube content, Reels, etc.). 2. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and video content best practices for each. 3. Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking outside the box to bring new ideas to life. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
