About the internship Role Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This role involves creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand's mission and values. You will work closely with the content and social media teams to develop engaging visuals that enhance our storytelling and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities - Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva. - Collaborate with the content team to create visuals that complement published stories. - Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives. - Ensure all designs adhere to KaroStartup's branding guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest design trends to bring fresh ideas to the table. - Assist in creating templates for recurring social media posts and other content needs. Qualifications - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a must. - Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools is a plus. - Prior experience in creating designs for social media or marketing campaigns. - Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial content. After spending years in this ecosystem, we understood the challenges people face due to lack of knowledge and no mentorship at the individual level which result in most of the startups derailing from the path of success and ultimately ending up in failure.
