About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design Creation and Adaptation Develop graphics for digital and print media (social media, brochures, banners, etc.). Adapt and resize designs for various platforms while maintaining consistency. 2. Collaboration and Feedback Work closely with team members (copywriters, marketers, designers) to align visuals with goals. Incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs. 3. Trend Research and Skill Development Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects. Continuously improve skills through practical tasks and feedback. 4. Asset Management and Quality Control Organize and maintain creative assets like templates and images. Proofread designs for errors and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. 5. Support Creative Campaigns Assist in designing materials for campaigns, events, or product launches. Contribute innovative ideas and designs to enhance brand presence. Requirements: 1. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 2. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects (please provide a link or attach samples) 3. A basic understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout 4. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and understand design briefs 5. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in graphic design or a related field (relevant coursework and prior design experience will be considered) 6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual appeal 7.
