Fullstack Developer Intern

Job description Full-Stack Developer (Python) – Paid Internship (Work from Office, Must complete their Graduation) We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer Interns with a strong focus on Python to join our team. You will work closely with the Quant Team to design, develop, and maintain our algorithmic trading platforms and tools. This is a paid internship (₹10,000 only/month) exclusively for who have completed their graduation, with an opportunity for Full-Time Employment (FTE) upon successful completion. This is a Work-from-Office role, offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge trading technologies and parallel training in Data Science & Machine Learning (DSML). Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development Front-End Development: • Build user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) • Work closely with the UI/UX Team to implement seamless and responsive designs. • Adopt Atomic Design Principles for scalable UI components. • Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs. Back-End Development: • Develop server-side logic using Python for data processing, user authentication, and database interactions. • Design and manage databases (SQL, NoSQL). • Develop RESTful APIs for efficient communication between front-end and back-end. Full-Stack Integration: • Ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end components. • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack. Algo Trading & Research Collaboration • Work with the Quant Team to build and optimize trading algorithms. • Conduct research and continuously learn about trading models, financial markets, and data-driven decision-making. • Integrate with third-party APIs for market data, brokerage services, and trading functionalities. • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of trading systems. • Collaborate on data analysis and visualization tools. Other Responsibilities • Participate in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver projects on time. • Stay updated with the latest web technologies, trading trends, and industry best practices. Eligibility Criteria: • Graduates Only – Candidates must have completed their graduation before applying. • Must be available for a full-time, work-from-office internship. • Strong interest in Full-Stack Development, Algo Trading, and DSML. Requirements: Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory). • Experience with web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Vue). • Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. • Understanding of algorithmic trading concepts (market data, order execution, backtesting). • Willingness to learn and conduct research in DSML, algo trading, and financial markets. • Familiarity with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib). • Knowledge of version control systems (Git). Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). • Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka). • Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker). • Experience with machine learning or data science in trading. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Self-motivated and eager to learn from mentorship and research. • Ability to work in an office environment and collaborate effectively.
